BEIJING-- The high-performance, inexpensive synthetic intelligence design launched recently by Chinese start-up DeepSeek has created a wave of attention around the globe.
DeepSeek-R1 appears to provide performance that competitors options from the U.S., pl.velo.wiki but the business states it was established at less than a tenth of the expense of those designs.
Chinese innovation news portal 36Kr spoke with the business's founder, king-wifi.win Liang Wenfeng, in July 2024.
